BounceU Wins National Award

of Farmingdale received a national award at their franchise convention held recently in Scottsdale, Arizona.

The business won for Best Staff and Service, an award that recognizes the quality of the personnel and activities there.

“Our unbeatable customer service is what keeps customers coming back,” said Frank DiScala, owner of the Farmingdale BounceU location. “We have some parents who have thrown three parties with us in the past two years since we opened.”

According to the BounceU mission, they strive to make planning a party easy so that all parents have to do "is show up and take pictures."

The business offers full-service private children’s parties in an auditorium filled with giant inflatable structures, all in a climate controlled setting.

BounceU of Farmingdale also holds open bounce, family bounce and preschool play times throughout the week and Create and Bounce, an art camp for children that combines art projects, playtime and structured physical activities on the facility’s indoor inflatables.
