Former Fire Chief Receives Probation Sentence

He was accused of engaging in "online sexual activity" with a minor last year.

Last July, an undercover police officer from Phoenix, Ariz. turned McClorey in to Nassau police for engaging in “online sexual activity with someone he believed to be a 14-year-old child,” the police report read.
