Gas Station on Fulton Street Robbed

The incident occurred at 3:30 a.m. Thursday morning.

Nassau County police are investigating a robbery that occurred at a gas station on Fulton Street on Thursday.

According to detectives, two males entered Formula Gas Station located at 150 Fulton Street at 3:30 a.m. The first subject wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt and gloves went behind the counter and ordered the 22-year-old male attendant to put his hands up and turn around. Police report that the subject had his hand in his pocket simulating that he may have had a weapon.

The second subject was wearing a red handkerchief covering his face and removed an undetermined amount of U.S. currency and cigarettes from the gas station. Both subjects were last seen on foot heading southbound on Merritts Road. There were no injuries reported.
