No Injuries in Hempstead Turnpike Crash

Police said an ambulance was not needed.

No one was injured when two cars collided on Hempstead Turnpike in Farmingdale this afternoon, according to Nassau County Police.

The accident took place just after the entrance to the Seaford-Oyster Bay Expressway in front of the dealership at around 2:09 p.m.

Two patrol cars were called to the scene, but there was no call for an ambulance for any passenger injuries.

The collision occured during this afternoon's rain and the back bumper of one car was destroyed.
