The Farmingdale Baseball League (FBLI) celebrated opening day of its 60th year of baseball and softball this past weekend.

The group paraded from the baseball field through Farmingdale and ended at the baseball field at .

This year's Grand Marshal was Town of Oyster Bay Deputy Parks Commissioner and former FBLI Board member Frank Nocerino. The parade included marchers from FBLI, the local fire departments and Village and Town officials.
