Return Policies at Farmingdale Stores

Need to return a gift? Read these return policies before heading out.

Returns are the inevitable aftermath of the holiday season and knowing return policies can avoid unnecessary trips to crowded post-Christmas stores. Refer to this guide below to help you navigate loca return policies.

: New and unopened returns are accepted until Jan. 15. Used games are able to be exchanged until Jan. 15.

 Returns are accepted indefinitely with a receipt. Without a receipt, store credit is given for the current price of the item.

: Returns are accepted 30 days after purchase only with a store receipt. Items without a receipt can not be refunded or exchanged.

 Returns are accepted within 90 days with the receipt. Without a receipt, refunds can only be given in the current sale price of the item.

 If open or used the following items are non-returnable: camcorders, cameras, iPods, computers, video game systems, TVs (37 inches or larger) and home appliances. All other unopened merchandise can be returned within 20 days of purchase with original receipt.

: The usual return policy is 14 days with receipt, but due to the holidays any electronic and furniture products purchased between Nov. 16 and Dec. 24 may be returned until Jan. 8, 2011 with a receipt. 

: Items can be returned within 90 days of Christmas with a receipt. Without a receipt, only credit card purchases can be reimbursed.
