TOBAY Schedules Allen Park Hearings

Two public hearings will take place at Tuesday's meeting.

The Board has scheduled public hearings for March 27 to consider rezoning Farmingdale's , the condemnation of two parcels that would be used to expand the park and to determine the need for additional parkland.

“The Town Board will be considering the condemnation of two small parcels, both around .4 acres in size, to expand Ellsworth W. The supervisor said that the two parcels have street addresses of 53 and 57 Heisser Lane and both are currently zoned “LI” Light Industrial.
