You're Invited: Meet & Greet with Patch

Need volunteers? Hosting an event you want the community to know about? See an issue going on in the area that needs more attention?

Then come down to a Meet & Greet with Farmingdale Patch on Monday, Nov. 14 at 8:30 a.m. at the newly renovated McDonald's to learn about all the resources Patch offers. There will be free coffee, free gift certificates and a raffle.

Patch is a useful tool for community leaders, parents, volunteers, businesses and local officials to use to get the word out about your organizations and what you're doing. The site is also where the community can have constructive discussions about issues affecting you, like government initiatives, taxes, land development, schools, local crime, real estate, business and more.

The site also includes other resources like a constantly updated calendar, a directory of every business/group in Farmingdale and a Q & A section.

We want to hear your feedback on the site and hope to show you the ways your organizations and families can benefit from interacting on the site daily.
