There are activities happening for all ages this weekend. Patch and Heidi Klum have joined together to find the most creative kids’ Halloween costumes in the country. Upload photos of your kids in their costumes to the photo gallery here to enter the contest. The Grand Prize? Patch will donate $1,031 to a local charity of the winner's choice and will whisk the winners to New York or Los Angeles for a two day, three night trip for two that includes a meet and greet with Heidi. Nine runners up will also get a $1,031 donation from Patch to a local charity of their choice.

Entries must be made by the parent or legal guardian of the child photographed and submissions must be uploaded before 9 p.m. on Halloween night (Oct. 31).
