Snow Covers Farmingdale

Snow wasn't big enough to disrupt life in town Tuesday.

The first significant snowfall of the year didn't disrupt life too much in Farmingdale.

After-school activities were cancelled but business went on largely as usual.

While the storm left about 2-3 inches in some areas of town, with temperatures just above freezing, the road surfaces were wet but passable.

That could change overnight, when temperatures are expected to dip below freezing.
