TOBAY Artists Presented with Citations

Town of Oyster Bay Councilman Anthony Macagnone recently presented citations to recipients of the 2014 Rotational Art Exhibit Program Awards.

The Rotational Art Exhibit Program is an event that is open to the public that encourages local artists to display their work in one month increments at locations throughout the Town of Oyster Bay, such as libraries, banks and businesses.

This year, awards were presented in the categories of photography and painting. On behalf of the entire Town Board, Macagnone congratulated the award recipients on their fine work and thanked them for their participation in the program.

The award recipients (pictured left to right) are Terry Kimmel – Third Place Painting, Terry Milhard (not pictured, Mona Milhard accepted the award)  – Second Place Painting, Gerry Hirschstein – First Place Painting, Lisle Brathwaite – First Place Photography, Gerald Kraus – Second Place Photography, and Winifred Boyd – Third Place Photography.
