Library to Host Bus Trip to Poconos' Casino
Registration begins in person on May 1 for residents.
The Farmingdale Public Library is sponsoring a bus trip in June to the Mount Airy Casino and Resort and in-person registration begins May 1.
The trip, scheduled for Monday June 17, costs just $26. In-person registration begins May 1 at 11 a.m. at the library.
The casino in Mount Pocono offers lunch at the buffet or one of several other choices. There is also a spa with a view of the lake.
The bus fee includes $25 slot play, $10 food coupon, and special $100 drawing for all motor coach guests. Time permitting, there will be a stop at the Crossings Premium Outlets as well.
Each registrant must show proof of Farmingdale District No. 22 residency. Registration for non-residents begins May 7. Call first for availability.
Credit or debit cards accepted, as well as checks made payable to the Farmingdale Public Library. No refunds.
