Community Update

The owner of this business does not take responsibility for a bad product delivered. I am an event planner and used Frank for the ballon art centerpieces I designed, for a communion. The balloons were dropped off at 12 noon and the party started at 1:30pm. When the balloons were dropped off they looked great! But...at 2:40pm I got a message from my client that the centerpieces were all deflating and sinking down to the table. I immediately called Frank, he told me it was not his fault. He tried to tell me that once the balloons leave his place he has done his job. The balloons did not even make it an hour into the event, and he took ZERO responsibility for this mess! On his website it claims that they have a 100% satisfaction guaranteed policy...I brought that up to him, he said when they were delivered they were fine. Now I am reimbursing my client out of my hard earned money to make sure she feels a sense of retribution. Frank does not care about customer service, please do not make the mistake of paying for a product that will not last!
