The village has announced the return of " Farmingdale Restaurant Week, which runs Oct. 14-20.

More than 15 village restaurants will participate with their own special offers.

The dining specials start at 5 p.m. and, on Saturday evening, seating is from 5-7 p.m. Some restaurants offer specialty menus and pricing and some offer a set price-fixed meal

“Restaurant week kicks off on the last day, Columbus Day, of the 25th Annual Columbus Weekend Fair, so come dine and celebrate in our historic Village and enjoy a taste of Farmingdale”, said Mayor Ralph Ekstrand.
