Former Model Says She Was Harassed

Farmingdale woman sues New York company.

A Farmingdale woman says she was sexually harassed by executives of a Manhattan garment industry company.

Kimberly Lovering, 31, who worked as a fitting model,  said she was harassed for five years, the New York Daily News reported.

She recently filed suit in Manhattan Supreme Court, saying that Joel Auerbach and Craig Lackow, her bosses at Land ’N’ Sea Distributing, commented about her body, breasts, birth control usage, boyfriend, underwear and sex life.

Lovering’s lawyer, Katherine Rosenfeld, said that “the toxic, demeaning environment” at the company, located at W. 37th St. and Broadway, was “so open and notorious” that upper management must have known about it, the Daily News wrote.
