For the first time, hosted a Senior Expo for the community.
The expo took place on Wednesday and included free bowling and instructions, refreshments, a discussion on how to manage assets during your senior years by practicing Elder Care Attorney and author Joan Robert of Kassoff, Robert & Lerner, and the opportunity to interact with around a dozen local businesses.
There were representatives from St. Joseph's Hospital, , Wellcare, The Senior News, Bethpage Federal Credit Union, Tri-County Home Healthcare, The Beacon Group, Aflac, Met Life, The Artisans Gift Shop, and others.
Farmingdale Lanes also honored their most senior bowler, Elsie Dugan, with a "Lifetime On The Lanes" award.
