Readers' Choice: Best Farmingdale Place for St. Patrick's Day Is...

This week, Patch asked readers  for where in town is the best place to spend St. Patrick's Day in Farmingdale.

After days of voting, readers ultimately selected  as the place to be Irish for a day.

Changing Times won the poll with 28 percent of all votes cast. Other contenders like and each received 20 percent of all votes and came in third with 12 percent of all votes. .

This year Changing Times is offering drink specials and corned beef and cabbage all St. Patrick's Day weekend.

"Changing Times has quite possibly the best wings I've ever had in my life," said reader . "You'll be delighted by the crispy skin and perfect char and fall off the bone tenderness, all covered in their wing sauce, the perfect combination of sweetness, tang, and heat. It just doesn't get any better than this."

Commenter  said he chose Changing Times "hands down" and  said he's been "going there for over 20 years." Others praised them for buying their meat from  on Main Street.
