Duties:
- Serve as primary contact for Jenzabar technical support for college.
- Manage and coordinate Jenzabar support calls using the IT call management system.
- Become an active member of all relevant Jenzabar listservs, acquiring and sharing knowledge with members of the Jenzabar support and administration communities.
- Respond to support requests in a timely manner and keep end users informed of how and when problems are resolved.
- Assume administrative and configuration responsibilities for each Jenzabar module.
