The Farmingdale Village Board has agreed to postpone a public hearing on a plan to build an apartment complex on Eastern Parkway.
At Monday's board meeting, Mayor Ralph Ekstrand said the board would delay the public hearing until Aug. 5.
The development at the "Staller" property was delayed because of a previous Planning Board meeting's postponement.
