The has its official re-opening ceremony this morning.
Highlights of the renovations include a new side entrance, an expanded children's section, a new AV space, family bathrooms and improved basement meeting rooms. The project was funded through reserve funds gained through investments and cost savings measures and grants from the New York State Library Construction Aid program, Legislator Joseph Belesi, Senator Charles Fuschillo, Senator Kemp Hannon, Assemblyman Joseph Saladino and the Farmingdale Community Summit Council.
