On Sunday, November 11, local and tri-state area residents will join together for the AHA Asperger Syndrome and High Functioning Autism Association’s 3rd annual ROCK ‘N’ BOWL For Autism fundraiser, which will be held at Farmingdale Lanes in Farmingdale, Long Island.
Since its inception, the ROCK ‘N’ BOWL For Autism fundraiser has grown to more than 250 participants and raised more than $25,000 to help meet the need for AHA’s services within the autism community. And by maintaining efficient administrative practices, 90 percent of every dollar raised goes directly to expanding AHA’s services, aimed at providing crucial resources and support for individuals on the spectrum, their families, and the professionals who serve them.
