19th Annual 5K RUNDAY

 Charity Run to benefit Central Nassau Guidance and Counseling Services. 

Flat Course, FAST TIMES!This U.S.A. Track and Field sanctioned run begins at 9:00 am at 950 South Oyster Bay Road in Hicksville. The race continues through the streets of Hicksville and Bethpage. Open to participants 12 years of age and older. Central Nassau’s 5K Runday event is part of the Long Island Grand Prix series of running events.

  • Additional InformationThis charity run raises funds to assist individuals and families struggling with substance abuse or mental health issues!
  • Invite your friends and family to sponsor you as you run for a great cause.
  • All Runday participants receive a commemorative t-shirt, free refreshments, computerized finish times and an opportunity to win one of twenty-three awards, trophies and/or certificates.
  • A variety of raffles prizes including numerous sports and fitness related prizes add to the excitement.
  • Annual fundraising event benefits the many programs of Central Nassau Guidance and Counseling Services.

Fee: $18.00 in advance
Day of Race: $25.00
