3rd Annual Greater Farmingdale Community Land Trust General/Board Meeting

The Greater Farmingdale Community Land Trust inc will continue our mission to provide a forum for a resident driven community-based planning effort that promotes, designs and develop projects that grow community assets in the greater Farmingdale area.  In order to do this we need the support and help of local organizations and residents as we work to establish civic-municipal partnerships toward implementing specific goals.  "The potential for making things happen starts with a plan , where there is no vision, the people perish”

7 pm…  Restate the Mission

7:05 …  Old business, Financial Report.   

7:15 …  Update on a first CLT shared equity housing project in FV, recognize Hofstra Law students for CLT paper.  Update on projects; Community Center, Performing Arts Theater and FV downtown improvement employing the CLT model.

7:35 …  Open discussion Q & A

7:50…   Cheryl/Board election Committee nominate slate. Membership, new business, appoint new youth Board members.

8 pm    Close meeting
