Farmingdale Village Mayor Ralph Ekstrand and Trustees Pat Christiansen, Cheryl Parisi and Bill Barrett will share information regarding the Bartone Plaza to be built on North Main Street, give an update regarding the condition of the Waldbaum’s empty building and discuss the upcoming new businesses that are open or opening on Main Street.
Also, a representative from the LIRR will be in attendance to discuss the proposed Long Island Railroad double-track project to be located just east of Rte 110 on Conklin Ave., Farmingdale.
“There has been much going on behind the scenes to ensure that this civic association is a strong community organization” said the new CCAF president, James Battaglia.

“We would strongly encourage your participation in our town meetings and would greatly appreciate all members of our Farmingdale community to become active members of the CCAF. This helps us give you a unified voice when issues of Farmingdale need to be addressed” Battaglia said.
An open forum will follow the discussion to help prioritize issues and member concerns for future meetings. Refreshments will be available.
