Main Street is considered by many to be the very heart of Farmindale. More often than not, if you mention Farmingdale to someone, this street is the first thing they think of.
Containing Village Hall, a fire house, a park, a post office, and many merchants, restaurants, and services, Main Street is easily a very important and well-traveled traffic vein.
And what better place to go to pay your respects to those from the community who have served in our Armed Forces than the War Memorials located in the park right next to Village Hall?
