An iPhone Camera Trick

Take full advantage of your iPhone's camera.

If you own an iPhone and are like me, you are probably taking a bunch of photos with your iPhone. Why not? The lens is amazing and you can post the photos to your favorite social media outlet right away.

Here is a little tip for you iPhone users: With the latest update to the iPhone OS, called iOS 5, iPhones now have the ability to use the volume up button as the shutter button. This is a very helpful upgrade that many professionals and amateurs alike wanted.

But, what many people don’t know is that you can use the headphones that came with your iPhone as a shutter button as well, because it has a volume up button on it. Simply plug in the headphones, go to the camera app and press the volume up button all you want to take photos.

Now you are ready to go one step further by using your Bluetooth headset to take photos. Again, due to the volume up button on the headset, you can trigger your iPhone wirelessly.

I think that’s a pretty cool trick Apple built into the new iPhone.
