Have you ever wondered how some people can stay zen in stressful situations? I think the key is knowing how to stay relaxed and calm in any situation. I believe
everyone of us can benefit from any kind of relaxation for the body and mind.
I don't think we have to spend all day at a fancy spa to relax and feel
rejuvenated (but don't get me wrong it does help!). Most people that have that
"Zen" sense about them practice meditation on a daily basis. Meditation is great way to quiet the mind and find your balance
You don't have to meditate for hours a day. You can start out by meditating for five -10 minutes a day and then gradually increase your meditation time.

If you are new to meditation, I would recommend guided meditation. I will be hosting a guided meditation at a yoga studio in the Farmingdale in the upcoming month.
