No need to haul yourself down to Jones Beach or brave the city crowds for a look at some fireworks on the Fourth of July. The Town of Oyster Bay has shows, parades, history lessons, and concerts, all to celebrate Independence Day.
This favorite fireworks show was paid for by funds that the Village of Massapequa Park didn't need for snow removal. So instead of a White Christmas, we get a colorful Independence Day.
