A Taste of Long Island is a specialty food market exclusively featuring foods which are produced on Long Island. From freshly baked bread to fresh pasta and sauce, from bakery treats to custom wedding cakes, farm fresh eggs and locally grown produce to fruit spreads, pickles and savory spreads –  all of these products are made on Long Island. In the back of the store is a private use commercial kitchen available for rent on a shift basis to small-scale and start-up foodpreneurs so they can become properly licensed and insured to operate their food business in a legal environment
