I was extremely disappointed with my experience here!!!!! DO NOT SEND YOUR KIDS HERE!!! The management is the worse I have ever experienced!!!!!

My children took gymnastics here for one session and we had two birthday parties here (one of which was free because it was won in a raffle) and we will never go back!!!! The management of this facility as well as the customer service was some of the worse I have ever experienced, especially from the manager/owner Lisa!!!! I will be taking my business elsewhere and I strongly encourage you to do the same.

We just attended the end of the year expo show which was horrible. We show up and there parking was full and they were incredibly unorganized asking people to wait on the side of the road while they figured it out. Once we parked we were asks to stand in line outside because there was a surprise admission fee of $10 for adults and $5 for children even though the sign up form the only mention of cost was that registration was FREE. Once inside, there were not enough seats for everyone! The show consisted of my child going through an obstacle course for 2 minutes which I could see him do at any of his regular classes for free, and then sitting on a mat the remain 45 minutes and he receive a water bottle full of candy at 10 in the morning. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. When I complained to the manager, she assured me I received ever I had signed up for and I should be satisfied.

In our first birthday party experience the trouble was in the party room section. The room was too small to accommodate all of our guest even though we were assured there would be plenty of room. It was very unorganized as the food and cake took way too long to get to a large group of very hungry 6 year olds who became impatient and rowdy.

The second party was even more of an disaster! The gymnastics section had ended (or so we thought) and they had all the children put their shoes on and move to the party room before they realized the pizza has not arrived!!!! They told me it would be only 15 mins and they kids were asked to return to the gym while they waited. 35 mins later, the pizza finally arrived but at that point I had guest that had to leave and miss cake. It was a disaster and all I was offered was an apology and was told I should be happy I got a longer party.
