Cops Issue Photo of Wallet Thief

Suspect wanted for theft from woman's handbag at Farmingdale Shop & Stop.

Nassau County Police are requesting the public’s help in identifying a man in connection with a grand Larceny which occurred in South Farmingdale in July.

On Sunday, July 1, 2012, at about 5:50 p.m., the victim’s wallet containing her credit cards were stolen from her handbag while shopping at Stop & Shop at 55 Motor Avenue.

The suspect, observed in the attached photo, is wanted in connection with the grand larceny. He is described as black male  22-26 years of age, 6’2” tall, and weighing about 210 lbs.

Nassau Police and Crime Stoppers is asking anyone who can identify this subject, or with any information about this crime to call our toll free hotline: 1-800-244-TIPS (8477).
