Cops Need Public's Help to Find Slasher

Suspect cut victim in the face in Hicksville, then robbed him.

Nassau County Police is asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect who slashed a man in the face with a razor blade and then robbed him.

The attack took place on Sunday, July 21 at about 12:45 a.m. as the victim was in the parking lot of the 7-11 Store at 158 Woodbury Road. The two men were talking and a verbal argument ensued.

The attacker took out a razor blade and slashed the victim multiple times in the face and then took the man's wallet and cash. The attacker fled.

The victim sustained 110 stitches as a result of his injuries.
