Cops: Porsche Stolen From Woodbury Dealership

Recent police incidents reported in the second precinct.

A 2010 Porsche was stolen off the lot of Dancy Auto Group on Jericho Turnpike in Woodbury between Sept. 5 and 6, say Nassau police. 

No other reported car thefts occurred this past week in the second precinct. A few autos were maliciously damaged, however:

  • Paint thinner was poured on a car on Frevert Place in Hicksville Sept. 4 and a few days later paint was poured on a car on Albert Road in Hicksville Sept. 7
  • Cars were keyed at the Meadowbrook Hotel in Jericho and on Crossways Park Drive in Woodbury
  • A car windshield was smashed on Lambert Ave and a rear window smashed on Lockwood Avenue in South Farmingdale
  • On Shelley Drive in Bethpage a car was keyed and a rock thrown through one of its windows Sept. 7
A number of burglaries, robberies, and thefts also occurred in the second precinct this past week:

  • Cash was stolen from a register at a Citgo gas station in Hicksville Sept. 7
  • Three X-Box hard drives were stolen from the Hicksville Target Sept. 10
  • Personal papers were stolen from a residence on 5th Place in Syosset Sept. 7
  • Two Toshiba Laptops were stolen from Cold Spring Road in Syosset Sept. 6
  • Cash was stolen from the register of Asian Pot Restaurant in Farmingdale Sept. 7
  • A purse and two GPS units were stolen from a car at Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury on Sept. 7.
