Cops Seeking Man Wanted in Debit Card Theft

Suffolk County police are looking for man who stole a debit card in Greenlawn and used it at a gas station in East Farmingdale.

The man took the card from a 2005 Chrysler parked on Colgate Road on April 5 or April 6. He then used the card April 6 at the BP gas station on Route 110 and Great Neck Road in East Farmingdale. 

The man was described as black, about 5 feet 8 inches tall and about 160 pounds. He was wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt under a black vest.

Anyone with information about this crime is asked to call Crime Stoppers anonymously at 1-800-220-TIPS.  All calls will be kept confidential. Suffolk County Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
