Arrests

- John Hatcher, of Amityville, was arrested in East Farmingdale on Feb. 14 and charged with criminal possession of marijuana.
- Josue Jeannoute, of Amityville, was arrested in East Farmingdale on Feb. 14 and charged with criminal possession of marijuana
- Jason Bullock, of Riverhead, was arrested in Farmingdale on Feb. 9 and charged with sex offender violations.
- Joseph Heyenoort, of Farmingdale, was arrested in Copiague on Feb. 13 and charged with petit larceny.
- Gregory Brandel, of Farmingdale, was arrested in North Babylon on Feb. 10 and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and marijuana.
- Mohammad Asam, of Brentwood, was arrested in North Massapequa on Feb. 7 and charged with counterfeiting and failure to disclose the origin of a recording.
Incidents
- Police received a call that there was an attempted rear entry at ManiPedi Spa at 950 N. Broadway in N. Massapequa on Feb. 9 and they reported that nothing was stolen.
- Police report that three teens attempted to forcibly take a smartphone from an 18-year-old male victim near the Subway restaurant located at 47 Boundary Avenue.
