Arrests

  • John McGlynn, of Islip, was arrested in East Farmingdale on March 12 and charged with obstructing governmental administration.
  • Gary Roth, of Farmingdale, was arrested in West Babylon on March 10 and charged with operating a motor vehicle impaired by drugs and criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Incidents

  • Nassau County Police said there was a complaint that eggs were thrown at a vehicle on Sussex Avenue in North Massapequa sometime between March 5 and 6.
  • Nassau County Police said that two unknown suspects stole 25 bottles of perform/cologne from a display case in the Duane Reade on North Jerusalem Avenue in North Massapequa on March 7.
  • Nassau County Police arrested a Farmingdale teen and
  • New York State Police arrested a Bellmore man in Farmingdale on March 10 and
  • Nassau County Police are investigating a robbery that occurred on March 12 at 3 a.m. near Heisser Lane in Farmingdale
  • Suffolk County Police said mischief and graffiti was reported on Toledo Street on March 12.
