East Farmingdale Battles Garage Blaze
Garage on Birch Court reported to be a total loss.
East Farmingdale firefighters were called to battle a blaze in a garage on Birch Court Monday night.
Details were sketchy but the fire broke out at about 10 p.m. in a detached two-car garage. Initial reports from the scene indicated the garage was fully involved with flames and ultimately collapsed.
There were no reports of injuries. Farmingdale Village firefighters were also called to the scene to assist.
