Farmingdale Crime Report: Trespass and Larceny Arrest

A look at recent arrests in the Farmingdale area.

The following information was supplied by the Nassau and Suffolk County Police Departments. A criminal charge is only an accusation, and does not indicate convictions.

Arrests

  • On Sept. 21, Adam Halpern, 49 of  South Farmingdale was arrested on Hawthorne Street, Massapequa and charged with petty larceny and criminal trespass 3rd. Halpern has faced similar charges in the past.
  • James Kozikowski from Farmingdale was arrested in West Babylon on Sept.29 for criminal contempt 2nd.
  • Matias Gamesamaya from Farmingdale was arrested in Farmingdale for criminal contempt-2nd.
  • On Sept. 19, Jeremy Malaspinas, 23, of Farmingdale, was arrested on Madison Street near Dover Street, Massapequa and charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle 2nd and two violations of the Vehicle and Traffic Law.
