A Maryland man was arrested Thursday afternoon after he left his 2-year-old daughter inside a car while he shopped at a Huntington Marshalls store, police said.

The Southampton Town Police and the East End Drug Task Force coordinated surveillance on the bus and at the delivery location. Freeport Police said they discovered the men with their stash when they responded to an alarm on West Merrick Road at 9:20 p.m. Thursday. Cops found Duane Ennis, 38, of West Hempstead, and Alex Vasquez, 33, of Laurelton, at the site along with an unidentified 13-year-old boy, cops said.
