Missing Farmingdale Woman Found; She's OK
Family members report that she has been found and is being treated.
A Farmingdale woman who had walked away from Nassau University Medical Center Thursday has been found and is OK., family members said.
Nassau County Police issued a Silver Alert Thursday for Debbie Pofeldt of Farmingdale Thursday. She had walked away from NUMC Thursday morning.
Family members reported to Patch that Pofeldt has been found and is now safe.
Silver Alerts are issued when people with medical issues go missing. The alerts are designed to inform medical and police staffs, the media and the public.
