WABC 7's meteorology team held the first Accuweather Forum on Long Island on Thursday at Republic Airport in Farmingdale last week.
Meteorologists Bill Evens, Lee Goldberg, Jeff Smith, and Amy Freeze answered audience questions and discussed weather topics and trends on Long Island.
Both County Executives attended the event and urged residents to be prepared and have a plan in place for weather emergencies and severe storms. Check out the video to see the highlights.
