Albany Avenue 5K Draws Dignitaries, Kids

Oyster Bay Town Supervisor John Venditto recently joined with his son, Nassau County Legislator Michael Venditto and District Court Judge Rhonda Fischer in recognizing the efforts of the organizers for the 4th annual Albany Avenue Elementary School ‘5K Race, Fun Run and Funfest.’ 

The race, designed to promote healthy activity in youngsters, was a rousing success for yet another year, organizers said. This year’s race was organized by Race Director Lisa Pugliese and her staff for the race, school faculty, and some of this year’s participants.
