CCAF Agenda Set for Tonight

The group will meet Thursday at 7:30 p.m.

The Concerned Citizens Association of Farmingdale resumes monthly meetings tonight in the meeting room at at 7:30 p.m.

Major topics of discussion will include a recap of the Farmingdale School District budget, illegal housing and accessory apartments and the redevelopment of the Liberty Site owned by the Town of Oyster Bay.

The Town has met with Concerned Citizens board to discuss the remaining nine acres and have presented various ideas for the property. The board will update residents at the May 19 on these ideas.

The meeting will conclude with a discussion a membership drive. 

"We would like to see you attend the meeting, challenge us with your concerns, and allow your Civic Association to what is was created to do, represent this community," the CCAF board said.
