Normal Afternoon Service Resumes Today on LIRR

Track work done; No more midday buses on Ronkonkoma Branch.

The MTA issued a special service notice this weekend, reporting that normal midday train service on the Ronkonkoma Branch will resume Monday.

The Ronkonkoma Branch runs through .

The LIRR has completed a summer track tie replacement program. Buses will no longer replace midday trains on weekdays.

For further information about train times go to www.mta.info.
