Tobay Leaf Collections Start in Three Weeks
Bagged leaves will be picked up with other recyclables.
Beginning Nov. 4, Town of Oyster Bay residents can put out bags of leaves for pickup on regular S.O.R.T. recycling days. Bagged leaves will also be collected in unincorporated areas which do not receive Town sanitation on Mondays.
The program will last through Dec. 7.
Up to 20 bags may be left for pickup. Any excess bags will be retrieved the next day.
