Community Update

I was given a gift certificate for Sasha nails in the summer for my birthday from my daughter. Time goes by and life happens and I forgot that I had it. When I did remember Believe it or not the expiration date was that day. I told the woman that I spoke with and she said that They were closing and that I could only use it the next day or it would not be honored. I work 13 hour days and was unable to make that appointment. Her response was that she could not honor it. I said that I felt that was not very good business and that myself my mother and my 2 daughters were pretty much regular customers. Her response this time was " well what have you been doing for six months" really.? Did that matter! Bottom line I am out 25 dollars and they are out 5 well tipping regular customers. .. PS: My husband got cancer...I was dealing with that for months! Is that a good enough reason? How dare you!
