Farmingdale High School Musicians Perform at Rockefeller Center

The group took part in "Tuba Christmas."

student musicians visited New York City on Sunday to play in Rockefeller Center’s Tuba Christmas performance.

Twenty Farmingdale students took part in the performance, including three alumni. Farmingdale High School received a special mention at the event for having the most students from a single school participate.

A total of 500 professional and student tuba and baritone players gathered to play Christmas carols under the world famous Rockefeller Center Christmas tree for the event.
