About 500 seniors will learn about consequences of irresponsible driving, including texting and driving and drinking and driving, Monday at 7 p.m.
officials, representatives from ’s office and Nassau County Police will engage the students in an interactive presentation at the high school on Lincoln Street.
In addition, convicted motorists will speak to students about their decision- making on the road and how their lives have been impacted.
Students will be invited to participate with the experts in demonstrations, such as an actual arrest and a sobriety test.
The public is invited.
