Howitt Middle School Hosts 6th-Grade "Meet and Greet"
Kids get to know each other; parents meet teachers and administrators.
Farmingdale’s Howitt Middle School recently hosted a "Sixth Grade Meet and Greet" for incoming students and their parents.
The event provided students the opportunity to interact with their new classmates and meet additional friends in a social environment.
The event provided students the opportunity to interact with their new classmates and meet additional friends in a social environment.
Parents and loved ones also had a chance to meet with one another, school administrators and staff members who offered information about the 2013-2014 school year.
The event concluded with a dance in the gym.
