Howitt Middle School Students Participate in ‘College Week’
Teachers, students take time to discuss opportunities in college.
Seventh and eighth students enrolled in Farmingdalet’s Howitt Middle School recently participated in an interactive "College Week" program.
The students took part in a variety of college-themed activities, including a college fair where college representatives discussed the opportunities their colleges and universities offer through question and answer sessions, homeroom challenges, spirit-related activities and more.
The students were also encouraged to ask their teachers about their alma maters, college experiences and the courses they enrolled in when they attended school.
